The red signal at Hinjewadi stopped my car and I was waiting for signal to turn green. Suddenly, I noticed one person wearing a sari with heavy makeup peeping in every car and begging for money. I realized that person is a hermaphrodite or eunuch. His unknown personality was depicted from his dress code and unusual clapping.

I thought he must be very unhappy in his life and has a great courage to live by the truth that he is neither a male nor a female. I had many questions in my mind about his unknown personality.

People were giving him such a rude and inhuman treatment irrespective of that he was standing strong, positive and ensuring that he goes to each car and beg.

Begging is not an option for anyone but I suppose due to the treatment he received from society that was the only way for him. It wasn’t his fault that he is a eunuch but the society was treating him as if he has asked for himself to become a eunuch.

I remembered different news from the daily newspapers about suicides, murders and other incidences that demonstrated negativity and frustrations faced by normal people. The resistance power to go through the pain is different of each individual, but when I compared this eunuch’s and a normal person’s pain, I thought a normal person has a very weak resistance power as this eunuch who is suffering and struggling for life since he must be a child.

Any male/female suffering and getting frustrated by any external/internal factors is nothing in front of his pain and struggle. I was astonished with his determination, strong will power and optimistic nature to face the life as it comes. His struggle starting from making other people realized that he is normal till accumulating sufficient money to live day-to-day life was simply incredible.

Normal people, even with their problems are accepted by the society but this eunuch was not even considered as a human being. In spite of all his problems and struggles, he was standing strong, positive and ready to win life and defeat all the odds. A quick thought flashed into my mind about the young generations, who are losing heart and life for different stupid reasons should look at this eunuch’s struggle and learn to solve the puzzles of their life.

Each individual struggles and suffers at different point of life but one should understand that for normal person this phase is temporary but for the people with disabilities their whole life is a pain and struggle, which is permanent throughout life. One has to understand that individual lives life once, so living it positively with whatever individual has(it may be anything from life, health, wealth, happiness, relations, people, skills) makes more sense rather than being negative and cribbing for different things that individual doesn’t have it. Heading positively in a negative phase makes pain smother and softer.

Whatever pain, struggles, defeats individual is facing it has to deal positively without losing heart and life. This unknown personality gave an inspiration to live life king-size and optimistically.

Rappelling

<img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 200px; height: 150px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_PRqktWUWOEo/SdDXpBaXqpI/AAAAAAAAAGk/1rgX-5bMmTo/s200/valley+cross.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5318988259678202514" />
First time in life, I was bored due to the long weekend at home. Suddenly, I received a call from my friends asking to join for a day trip to Matheran, a hill station located near Neral.

Since Matheran is my all time favorite destination to chill out; I immediately agreed to join the group. We started at 7.30 in the morning and reached Neral in two hours. My friends wanted to go up to Matheran by Toy Train: a small train that runs between the adventurous roads and mountains in a very slow speed, so that tourist can enjoy the nature, mountains, greenery of Matheran or probably a risk of driving the train on a narrow rail track makes its speed slow. :)

We reached Matheran in two hours and started walking around. We decided on a tour plan and ordered for lunch. By the time it reached to our table, we were off the mood to have lunch.

After lunch, we visited local shopping market to see if, we can buy an unusual stuff that can make our trip memorable. However, unfortunately we did not buy anything. After local market visit, we started horse riding and visiting different points at Matheran. We reached at the Eeko point where we clicked some snaps. When we were at the Eeko point suddenly, one of my friends noticed an adventurous game of rappelling starting on the next point.

Therefore, she insisted us to go for rappelling but I was not ready since I was exhausted. Still she took us to try rappelling. We reached to the starting point from where we can cross the valley. A group of experts was giving information to the tourists who were ready to take a risk and experience the adventure, power of a nature while crossing the valley. My friend was very enthusiastic and agreed to take risk after knowing that the experts are having controls and can manage mis-happenings, if any.

Rappelling by Zip Drive technique is adventurous. It gives that heart dead feeling when you start from one point to other. The zip is a thick metal rope that can tolerate weight of 1000 tones that means 10 elephants can scroll from one rope at a time. The metal rope was tied between the mountains from one top to other. One mountain was higher compare to other so due to the gravity person starts scrolling automatically on the rope without any external support except belts and scrolling hooks.

My friend started with this adventurous game and I was scared, had a dearth in my mind of what if that metal rope tied between the mountains breaks, a person will fall down in 900 feet deep valley. However, fortunately she reached safe to the other point of a mountain.

After admiring my friend's enthusiastic nature I decided to try and informed the experts to make me ready with necessary belts, scrolling hooks etc. I was ready to scroll but saw down in a deep 900 feet valley and thought of backing out. Nevertheless, the experts assured my safety and informed to start with closed eyes and if feel comfortable then to open the eyes.

I agreed with the experts and started rappelling with closed eyes. It was my first experience and realization of self because of this adventure. When I reached in the middle, I opened my eyes and was amazed. I was hanging on a rope with the help of three belts and five hooks. I saw down, it was deep beautiful valley. I saw around and noticed high mountains standing in a sunny day. It was an amazing experience of my life. I had a mixed feeling of happiness and dearth together for the first time. For that moment, I realized the meaning of risk and why people do not prefer to take a risk.

When I reached at the end, was very happy and proud to realized that, Yes, I did it. I crossed 900 feet deep valley successfully. I realized one more thing that day, action makes a person realized about his/her capabilities. Definitely, not a shopping but the rappelling made my trip memorable.

It was a fantastic experience of my life; may provoke you to try this adventurous game at Matheran.

Obscuring Marriage

Many people believes “Marriages are made in Haven”, but I have a question that why Haven and not Hell; nobody says “Marriages are made in Hell.” After all marriages are human made and not gifted by God. So when it is not gifted by God then why human emphasis marriages that are invented by human made in Haven.

Sometimes it is very difficult to understand human nature. Of course, every coin has two sides. Considering the positive side, human thinks marriage is good for a social and personal life where human gets support by their partner, understands them well throughout their life, probably better than their parents. In addition, they get a feeling of fulfillment due to physical and mental satisfactions that they achieve from each other and many more reasons that make their life Haven. I guess 50% of people experience this kind of life after marriage. But my question is still unanswered that who has seen Haven and who knows what happens in Haven. When nobody knows about Haven then why people say ‘Marriages are made in Haven.

If we think about life after marriage, being together as a husband and wife for many years many things are understood to each other without saying it because of a comfort zone created by them. This comfort zone allows them to be happy irrespective of whatever problems they face or deterioration of their external life faced, in such situation also they maintain the comfort zone, which is known as ‘Trust.’ The second thought I hear very often is that ‘The back bone of a successful marriage is Trust.’ This trust allows life partners to live life happily irrespective of any situation. But when life partners have two different faces trusting such life partners can make a marriage in Hell.

So Heaven is nothing but a positive and Hell is a negative side of a human nature.

In conclusion, human has positive and negative sides that makes marriage either in Heaven or Hell. Human tends to discover and support positive side of a nature rather than negative. Though, God has not gifted marriage but human brain that thinks positively or negatively is gifted by God. So whenever human gets into a new venture, tends to think positively, also influence the positivity of a marriage on others.

As the world is going ahead with new technologies and discovery, we also need to rethink or rather discover new essence of marriage for today’s life, which will not have a wrapping of marriage but the focus will be more on understanding human, their behavior and brain as a life partner.

Above thoughts are just about human nature and thinking power and not against marriage.

Games People Play

Recently I read the book ‘Games People Play’ by Eric Berne. Author has successfully written the book in three parts; summary of analysis, details on different games played by people and a significance of games, players, and a paradigm. The book describes a psychological theory and analysis of people behavior, interactions that are called as ‘Games’.

Part – I includes summary on different Transactions, structural analysis, procedures and rituals, pastimes and games.

Part – II explains in detail a thesaurus of games which covers life, marital, party, sexual, underworld, counseling rooms and good games.

Part – III – describes a paradigm, significance of games, autonomy that makes audience to think about game free life.

Author has also described three different Ego states that every person has inside Child, Parent and Adult. The balance of ego(s) helps a person to grow in life and interact with people in a game free environment. This book also provides examples on different behavior patterns at different situations by different people.
The conclusion is it is a good book to read that helps to know games people play, game free life and its significance.

Brand Name and Acquisition

India has emerged as the fastest growing IT hub in the world, its growth dominated by IT software and services. We know many brands from this IT hub like Microsoft, Google, Symantec, IBM, Infosys and many other that make our day to day life easier.

But have you thought on,
What is a brand name, how it is build, its strategy and impact on us. There are many emerging trends such as acquiring small and large organizations. This trend focuses some light on the details of brand name and its impact.

What is a brand name?

Brand name is an expression of services experienced by the people. It is a symbol, name or design, or combinations to differentiate the services, products from the competitors.

Brand name is goodwill of an organization that helps an organization to step up the ladder of success and compete with others. Developing brand name and maintaining it is a long process and takes many years, hence the strategies and policy of building a brand name requires keen attention of top management.

Many criteria such as, services, products, usability, audience, USP (Unique selling points), communication, advertisement, costing, investment, purpose and other are considered to establish a brand name. Many organizations recruit specialized people to develop a division that helps in brand building activities.

What is acquisition?

The acquisition refers to merging of two or more companies. Acquiring small domestic IT company by larger IT company is a normal trend.

But nowadays, the small domestic IT firms are acquiring larger IT firms than their own size who are struggling for IT services. This helps smaller companies in brand building and creates domestic as well as international market.
Many factors are responsible for acquisition such as work environment, domain, company stability, company financial position that help to strengthen the brand name. Thus acquisition and brand name goes hand-in-hand. Everything was so implicit.

I saw a huge ship coming, which was looking very small. Till that day, I was under impression that human is a very intelligent and powerful on this earth but I was absolutely wrong. I realized, nature is the only powerful miracle than any other creature.
